Terms & Conditions


The payment of the deposit, or any partial or full payment for a reservation, shall constitute consent to all provisions stated in this quote & our website. A minimum 10% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation. Specific deposit and payment requirements apply to itineraries, and some of our cruise programs, and this information will be given at the time of booking. Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure. Full payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made within 45 days of the date of departure. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & bank wire transfers.


A service charge of $100 per booking will apply for each change made after the initial booking request has been confirmed. For cancellations received within 30 days of departure, airlines and other vendors may assess cancellation fees, which will be passed on to you. Once travel has commenced, any changes or cancellation will be at your own expense. Special cancellation and modification policies apply for itineraries including special categories at The Brando, Four Seasons, St. Regis, cruises, hotels during December holiday period, and some promotional airfares. Information will be given on request at the time of booking.


All prices quoted by TrueTahitiVacation.com are in U.S. dollars. The rate is fixed against the Pacific Franc and includes all costs associated with planning, communication and documentation. According to industry standards, package prices are not subject to an itemization of costs. Prices may be subject to change in the event of significant currency fluctuations, the introduction of new taxes, and/or fuel surcharges up until final payment is received. Once final payment is received, all prices will be guaranteed.


The price of the international tickets is subject to change.  The rate will be confirmed when you are ready to have the tickets issued.


International Airline Tickets:

Modifications: Authorized once tickets are issued and during the period of validity of the ticket. 
A) $150 usd fee per ticket will be charged for a reservation in the same class. 
B) Cancellation: Authorized once tickets are issued and before departure with a $300 usd fee per person. 
After departure: no refund.
C) Lost ticket/re-issue fee:  If reservation is not cancelled before departure, a penalty of $80usd will apply. 

D) No Show:  If reservation is not cancelled before departure, a penalty of $150 usd will apply.


Please note that a communal tax of 150 XPF per night and per person is payable directly to the hotels on the islands of Tahiti, Moorea, Huahine, Tahaa, Tikehau, Rangiroa and Fakarava.  A communal tax of 200 XPF per night and per person is payable directly to the hotels on the island of Bora Bora


Honeymoon amenities may be changed without warning at the discretion of the hotel management.          


TrueTahitiVacation.com will process refunds for unused accommodations, transfers, tours or other services, provided that requests are accompanied by a signed statement from the service supplier stating that a refund is in order. Refund requests must be received within 30 days of a tour's termination. No refund will be made for accommodations or services used, or for unused days at hotels (unless a refund letter by the hotel is provided), on cruises and yacht charters. Unused meals are not refundable.                                                                      



It is your responsibility to carefully look at your booking confirmation and confirm all is correct. 


Vacation components are contracted by TrueTahitiVacation.com, 3209 Palos Verdes Drive North, Palos Verdes Estates, CA 90274 - USA. TrueTahitiVacation.com its agents and employees, act only as agents for the passenger in regard to travel by road, air, sea or by mode of transportation or local conveyance, and assumes no liability for personal injury, property damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity incurred by any person or tour participant arising out of the negligence of any direct or supplemental air carrier, hotel or person engaged in conveying the passenger, providing rental cars, or rendering any of the services or accommodations being offered in these tours; nor shall TrueTahitiVacation.com be responsible for any injuries, death, damages, loss or delay in any means of transportation or by reason of any event beyond the actual control of TrueTahitiVacation.com. Any such losses or expenses must be borne by the passenger as tour rates provide for arrangements only as stated in the final itinerary. The right is reserved to substitute hotels of similar category or change schedules without prior notice should circumstances so require. In the event of a change in the itinerary necessitated by factors or conditions beyond the actual control of TrueTahitiVacation.com, such as strikes, political and social unrest, labor problems, climatic aberrations, or any act of God, no refund can be made nor will credit be given, provided that in the event of such change. TrueTahitiVacation.com shall provide accommodations and services of comparable quality and standards as set forth on this website. The right is reserved to decline to accept or to retain any person as a member of a trip, or to cancel a trip in all or part due to circumstances beyond the control ofTrueTahitiVacation.com. Prices quoted are in U.S. dollars and are based upon current tariffs and exchange rates known as of the current day in 2018, and are subject to adjustment without prior notification in the event of changes therein. Any such changes will be passed on to the passenger in all other cases. However, once full payment has been received, quoted prices are guaranteed. Passengers electing to take advantage of sporting equipment offered by the ships, yachts or other hotels, do so at their own risk. TrueTahitiVacation.com expressly discourages the use of motor scooters or similar powered cycles. Baggage is at owner's risk entirely. The airlines concerned, and their agents and affiliates, are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft. The passenger ticket in use by said airlines, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and purchaser of these tickets and/or passenger.
