Renting a Car in Tahiti & Her Islands
You will find internationally recognized car rental agencies on
the islands of Tahiti, Moorea, Bora Bora, Huahine, and Raiatea/Tahaa.
The entry level car always has manual transmission and no air conditioning.
Here is a selection of what you can expect on different
islands. Of course, prices are always subject to change. One
word of warning: Pay attention to coconut trees! You wouldn’t
want to park under one and have to pay for damage to the car later!
Tahiti
Pick up and drop off at airport, main hotels or pier (round trip
transfers to/from the rental office included). Pick up and drop
off in main hotels available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. No pick up
for clients staying at Hotel Le Meridien Tahiti.
Baby (car) seat available on request only: 6 €

RATES: Net rates in euros, taxes included and

GENERAL REMARKS
* Pictures are only an indication of the type of vehicle available.
* Rates include unlimited mileage, VAT tax, Collision Damage Waiver
(CDW) with deductible
* Rates DO NOT include gas, tyre repairs, police fines or penalties,
accessories damaged or stolen.
* A collision damage bond will be held by credit card imprint
* Driving Age age: minimum 21 years old. 2 drivers maximum can be
declared per contract.
* Driving Licence: International and all valid overseas licences
are accepted. Drivers must have at least 1 year of driving.
* Pick up and Drop off: Clients will be picked up at hotel or airport
or pier and then driven to the rental car office.
On the day of Drop Off, clients will need to return the car where
it was picked up. Complimentary return transfers will be provided.
* Fuel: When taking the vehicle, the quantity of fuel is indicated
in the contract. The client shall return the vehicle with the same
quantity of fuel.
* CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation received 2 days prior to first day of rental is subject
to a minimum of 1 day xancellation fee.
* The above rates are based on 2006 VAT tax. Should these be modified,
we shall reserve the right to amend our rates accordingly.
